I'm challenging myself by posting these. The two partially quilted sections on similar hand-dyes, one of which is also shown as a detail, are going to be combined into one piece, with a border that will form an integral part of the design. I'm not sure yet what the overall design will be or how I will technically execute combining the parts into a whole. But I will do it . . . and hopefully in the next couple of days. By posting this, I'm committing! After they're done, I'll reveal more of what this weird approach is about for me.
